Japanese handkerchiefs are left uncut at the top and bottom. As you wash it, it will stop fraying.

There may be some neps (knots in the fabric), as it is sewn by traditional sewing machine.

Due to the nature of Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (hand-printed) , there are unevenness of dyeing on the edge of the fabric as shown in the photo.

【How to wash Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (hand-printed) Dyeing products】
・Please put in the laundry net and wash by machine.
・Please avoid hand washing since it has a weak draining power, the dye may dissolve in water and cause transfer or bleeding.
・To avoid the risk of dye migration, please use a neutral detergent and hang dry in the shade immediately after washing. Do not soak.
・Please wash separately at the beginning. As color may bleed in the wash, please do not wash with white or light-colored items.
・The color may transfer to other items during use or due to friction.
・Iron with a pressing cloth.
・Do not tumble try.
