■About Product
・The Isemomen cotton fabric, which has been produced since the Edo period, was dyed using the Arimatsu Narumi tie-dyeing technique with a 400-year history.
・This is a shoulder-strap style Stampbook Bag made from Isemomen cotton.
・It is designed to fit a stamp book perfectly.
・It has a lining, so it’s very sturdy.
・The handle is made from Sanada string, crafted by the weavers at Sumiya, and the length can be adjusted.
What is "Sanada string"...
A flat woven cord made by interlacing warp and weft threads, said to have been used as a strong cord for weapons and armor by Sanada Yukimura and his father, Sanada Masayuki, during the Azuchi–Momoyama period. (Accounts vary)
