Depending on the color, fluff may be noticeable, but it is a feature of the material. ※Japanese tenugui / handkerchiefs are often left un-hemmed at the ends to promote quick drying. There will be some minor fraying, but it will stop as you wash and use it. Please cut off the frayed threads if necessary.〈Example〉 ※There may be some neps (knots in the fabric), as it is sewn by traditional sewing machine.〈Example〉 ※ Due to the nature of Kyoto-style Yuzen (Hand-printed) , there is uneven dyeing on the edges of the fabric as shown in the photo. 〈Example〉 ※Care Instructions 【How to wash Kyoto-style Yuzen (hand-printed) products】・Please put in the laundry net and wash by machine. ・Please avoid hand washing since it has a weak draining power, the dye may dissolve in water and cause transfer or bleeding. ・To avoid the risk of dye migration, please use a neutral detergent and hang dry in the shade immediately after washing. Do not soak.・Please wash separately at the beginning. As color may bleed in the wash, please do not wash with white or light-colored items.・The color may transfer to other items during use or due to friction. ・Iron with a pressing cloth.・Do not tumble try.
