What is "Sanada string"... A flat woven cord made by interlacing warp and weft threads, said to have been used as a strong cord for weapons and armor by Sanada Yukimura and his father, Sanada Masayuki, during the Azuchi–Momoyama period. (Accounts vary) ※This product is made of Isemomen cotton. Depending on the color, fluff may be noticeable, but it is a feature of the material. ※Pattern placement of this textile design product differs from one another due to the manufacturing process. Customers cannot specify the print. ※As a characteristic of Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing, the fabric is printed by repeating the stencil on a plain fabric. There may be some neps (knots in the fabric), as it is sewn by traditional sewing machine.
