A flower called “nadeshiko” is little and pretty not gorgeous though, therefore matches better fields of autumn than flower shops.
It is one of the seven autumn flowers and often used for explaining good Japanese woman “Yamato-nadeshiko” from that neat and beautiful look.
I hope Japanese ladies keep nurturing brave and humble beauty as this flower.

September's confection from Kyoto has sweet potato taste.
Sweet potatoes are best in autumn as the same as chestnuts. A starch syrup, added to sweet potato paste, makes it moist and rich flavor.
You can also enjoy the savory smell of a roasted walnut on the top.

We serve a cup of green matcha tea (or choice of coffee) and our wagashi based on our textile design.
