The “Hinohara Hinoki Project” is a sustainable initiative based in Hinohara Village, Tokyo, that makes effective use of thinned Hinoki trees.
Its aim is to promote healthy forest management and revitalize the local community.

Hinohara Village is the only remaining village within Tokyo’s mainland, surrounded by rich nature and beautiful mountains.

・Do not install in dusty areas, as dust may get caught in the hands or gears and cause the clock to stop.
・Avoid use in high-temperature and high-humidity environments such as bathrooms. As this product is made from natural Hinoki wood, warping or deformation may occur.
・Due to the natural characteristics of wood, resin may occasionally seep from the surface or side grain. If this occurs, wipe it off with a tightly wrung cloth.
●How to hang the clock
Please make sure the clock is securely mounted. Falling may cause injury or property damage.
Before installation, check the wall material and structure, and choose a mounting fixture that can fully support the weight of the clock.
※After hanging the clock, gently move it up, down, left, right, and forward to ensure it is securely mounted.
●The clock mechanism is not waterproof or water-resistant. Please avoid using it in areas exposed to water, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
