What is "Rectangular Sleeve Coat"…
This haori features gathered ciffs, a design element once used in the formal attire of court nobles. The gathered sleeves allow for easier movement.
・The outer material is a tweed fabric processed from spinning to weaving in Bishu region of Aichi prefecture.
・The lining is made of functional material [Pectron α] which has far-infrared heat storage and heat retention properties.
・2 side pockets
・Can also be worn on top of a kimono.
・The sleeves can be adjusted by tightening the decorative strings.
・Decorative cuff braids and haori strings are made originally by Showen Kumihimo.
