■ About aftercare
In the unlikely event that your knitwear has holes due to insect bites or being hooked, we will do our best to repair it for a fee.If we do not have the same yarn as your knitwear, the mark of repair will be slightly visible. Please send us your knitwear after cleaning.
■ Differences from low price products
The word "cashmere" can be used to describe a wide variety of products. The quality of the cashmere goat's raw wool varies according to its habitat and the part of the goat from which the wool is extracted. In general, the lower priced products are:
1. Knitted very loosely→The product will lose its shape easily and is not warm.
2. Thin and light. → Many of the products are thin in order to reduce the amount of expensive cashmere wool used as much as possible.
3. Elasticity at the hem and sleeves is weak, etc. If you find a knit product is too cheap, please check the above points before buying it.
