What is “Tanzen”?A Japanese-style outerwear containing cotton to protect against the cold. ・There is a elastic band at the back for a slimmer silhouette.・The outer fabric is made of faux nubuck material.・For the lining, we use polyester twill fabric with antistatic properties, and is hand-printed with Kyoto-style Yuzen.・The front is fasten with a snap button.・With removable waist strap in same fabric・3 pockets (1 on each side and 1 on the left inner side) [About Padding]Toray's high performance batting "Sun State II" is used for the batting. Being less likely to collapse compared to general cotton, it makes use of the nature of air that heat could hardly escape once it is trapped. For the same thickness, this material is twice as warm as down. *Snap buttons may come off if pulled too hard, so be sure to hold them by the base when attaching or removing them.※Pattern placement will vary from piece to piece due to the manufacturing process.
