What is "Turtle Neck Shirt"?
Basic items of SOU・SOU autumn and winter collection, featuring a gathered collar that looks like a muffler.
・Made with cotton jersey knit using yarns twisted in two different directions to reduce garment distortion.
・Dyed using Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing.
・Tucks are added at the collar to create volume.
・Suitable for wearing alone or as an inner layer.
※Pattern placement will vary from piece to piece due to the manufacturing process. Customers cannot specify the print.
※Due to the nature of Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (hand-applied dyeing), slight misalignment may occur and is considered a characteristic of the process.
※Uneven dyeing or slight color fading may occur due to the dyeing characteristics.
※Due to the dyeing process, pattern seams known as “kataguchi” may appear.

Press marks may appear around the neckline or sleeve seams during ironing, causing a slight sheen on the fabric surface. These marks will disappear after washing.

【Care Instructions for Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (Hand-Printed) Products】
・Please wash separately for the first few washes.
・Place the item in a laundry net and use a washing machine.
・Hand washing is not recommended, as insufficient spin-drying may cause dye to dissolve into the water, leading to color transfer or bleeding.
・Soaking is also not recommended for the same reason.
・To prevent color transfer, use a mild detergent and hang dry in the shade immediately after washing.
・Color may fade; wash separately from white or light-colored items.
・Color may transfer to other items due to friction during wear.
・Always use a pressing cloth when ironing.
・Due to the nature of the material, slight stretching or shrinking may occur after washing. Gently reshape the garment and dry without pulling on seams.
・Do not tumble dry.
