「京都 藍捺染」とは…
江戸時代より藍を身に着けて慣れ親しんできた日本人。明治初期にはジャパン・ブルーとも呼ばれ、藍色は日本を代表する色になりました。浸染が主流の藍染めに対して、天然藍を原料に手捺染で柄付けする"藍捺染 "は、藤田染苑が開発した世界初の染色技法です。 本藍の味わいと、自然な色落ちをお楽しみください。
・伊勢木綿・文の生白のやわらかな風合に藍の色が美しい仕上がりです。

※染色の特性上、染めムラや色落ちがある場合がございます。
※京型友禅（手捺染）のため、若干の型ずれがある場合がございますが、染色の特徴です。
※こちらの商品は伊勢木綿を使用しております。色によっては毛羽たちが目立つ場合がございますが素材の特徴です。
※晒加工を施す前の生成の生地を使用しておりますので、素朴な色合いが特徴です。生地表面に見られる黒い斑点は、植物の破片等で生成生地を作る上で、避ける事が出来ないものです。
【天然藍の特徴とお取り扱いについて】
天然藍の染色は、酸化とアルカリ化を繰り返すことで色を定着させますが、わずかに酸化しきらない成分が残ることがあります。
この成分が藍特有の深みや柔らかい色合いを生みますが、高温多湿な環境下での着用時に、色落ちや茶色・黄色のシミが出ることがあります。
