・This item is a "Kyoto Design Excellent" certified item.・Manufactured in Takasago city of Hyogo prefecture which is known as the birthplace of rubber sole industry with more than 100 years of history.・Uses quilted (Sashiko) fabric produced by Otada, Ltd. of Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture.・Can also be worn by opening the closures (kohaze) and folding down to show the lining.・It is a type of split toe Tabi Shoes which was originally designed for civil engineering work such as coal mining.・A design with three kohaze closures and an original insole. * The pattern placement of the lining differs from one product to another.
