A collaboration where Japanese confectionery from Itoken, the age-old confectionery maker in Kyoto founded in 1864, meets the pop textile design of SOU・SOU, giving rise a new range of wagashi that brings back the good old times.
A "SO-SU-U"-shaped Castella with a hint of egg, topped with wasanbon yokan.
The moist texture of the yokan enhances the deliciousness of Castella.
Each castella cake is individually wrapped in a stylish, custom box.
