■ What courier service do you use and how long does it take?

• Taiwan, Mainland China, Korea, Europe: EMS (Japan Post) — around 2 weeks
• India: DTDC — around 3 weeks
• Other countries (including US & Canada): DHL — 1-2 weeks
Delays may occur due to holidays or weather.
Orders with pre-order items will ship together once available.
