What is “Hatsuki”… Hatsuki＝Clothing worn on top.
The design is inspired by the summer attire worn by the ladies serving the court in the Muromachi Period.
・Tie-dyed by Konsei Tie-dye, a technique inherited from Arimatsu Narumi Tie-dye which boasts over 400 years of history.
・As the nature of handmade products, the color of each piece may vary depending on the dyeing tank.
・Uses 100% wool fabric.
・Kimono sleeve design.
・Uses "Kohaze" (slide hook closure) strings to replace button holes.
・Uses wooden buttons.
※There may be a unique smell of dyes at the beginning, but it has no harmful effect on the human body. After drying for a while in a well-ventilated area, the smell will gradually disappear.
※Due to the nature of handmade products, pattern placement and color intensity may differ from piece to piece. Patterns cannot be specified.
