"40/40" means a fabric woven with 40 count yarns in the warp and 40 count yarns in the weft.
About the texture of fabric: around the thickness of a light shirt.
(The higher the count number, the finer the yarn and the thinner the woven fabric is.)
・SO-SU-U pattern on chest pocket is dyed with Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing.
※There may be a unique smell of dyes at the beginning, but it has no harmful effect on human body. After hanging it up for a while, the smell will gradually disappear.
※If the rubber prints are left together for a long time, they may stick together. Please note.
※The rib around the neck is made of Chizimi Cotton embossed fabric.
Not knit. Do not pull hard.
If the neckline part stretches, it will return to its original condition after washing.

【About Chizimi Cotton】
・It has a long production history since the Edo period in Takashima City, Shiga-Prefecture, and is made from strongly twisted yarn which provides a sharp and creped touch.
・As the crepe texture minimizes the touching surfuce and lets sweats vaporize easily, sensible temperature is said to be minus 2 degrees.
・Excellent performances in Sweat absorbing · Quick drying · Air permeability · Hygroscopicity · Moisture release.
・Takashima chizimi cotton, which has benefited from the natural resources of Lake Biwa, boasts the highest production in Japan.
The embossed fabric used in this product has elasticity (rate: about 135%), making it easy to move in and comfortable to wear.
Due to emboss processing (an embossing process that gives uneven crepe-like pattern) , the frayed thread may be twisted and popped out.There is no problem with cutting any threads that have popped out.
