What is Kisaragi Poncho?
The design idea is derived from the outer (kisaragi) that can be worn in early spring when cold weather still remains. It is also a synonym of the second month of the lunar calendar.
・The fabric is made from a blend of wool with multiple colors of thick yarn, creating a voluminous texture.
・Can be worn also on top of the outer.
・A lucky charm design (semamori) at the back.

It is a lucky charm attached to the kimono's back.
Kimono were worn on a daily basis throughout Japan until the pre-war Showa period.
In times when children often lost their lives due to an accident, people began to use the lucky charm to pray for healthy growth of children.
