Your name, email address and US points will be transferred to your Global account.

■ Can I use a US Store Gift Certificate on the Global site?

• Online: The Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the Global site starting Oct 22nd, 2025.
• In-store: No special procedure is required. Gift certificates can be used at the San Francisco store with no expiration date.

■ Are all products available for international shipping? Some items (such as furniture, confectionery, and made-to-order products) are not available for international delivery. Please check the product page for details.

■ Where will my order be processed? Orders are processed and shipped from Japan.

■ Can I return a Global Store order to the US store? Yes. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll provide return instructions and the US return address. For more details, please see our Return Policy page.

■ How much is the shipping fee? As of October 2025:

• US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Middle East, South Pacific: 1,250 JPY
• Europe, Russia: 1,400 JPY

■ What courier service do you use and how long does it take? (As of October 2025, estimate)

• Taiwan, Mainland China, Korea, Europe: EMS (Japan Post) — around 2 weeks
• India: DTDC — around 3 weeks
• Other countries (including US & Canada): DHL — 1-2 weeks Delays may occur due to holidays or weather. Orders with pre-order items will ship together once available.
