・We use fabric made from Sakao Orimono Chizimi Cotton 40/40emboss processed.
"40/40" means a fabric woven with 40 count yarns in the warp and 40 count yarns in the weft.
About the texture of fabric: around the thickness of a light shirt.

[About Chizimi Cotton]
・This cotton twill is made using yarn produced in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, from the Edo Era period or earlier, and spun with strong twist in the yo-kosaito method (Tightly Twisted yarn), giving the fabric a crisp, shari-like texture.
・Because it has a shibo texture, it has less surface area against the skin, so sweat spreads across the surface in points, and the perceived temperature is said to be 2 degrees lower.
・It excels in moisture absorption, quick-drying performance, breathability, moisture retention, and moisture release.
・The Chizimi Cotton grown with the blessings of Lake Biwa boasts the highest production volume in Japan.
